Where the owner is still close to the numbers and needs them to be right, but the finance function has grown past what one person can hold in their head.
Multiple entities, shared services, and reporting that has to satisfy both the family and the bank. Structure matters as much as accuracy.
Enough scale to need real systems and controls, not enough to carry a large internal advisory or data function.
Geography
The initial focus is South Africa and Mauritius. From there, cross-border work extends into other African and international markets — wherever it draws on direct experience rather than a standing start.
Cross-border structuring, transfer pricing, treasury, and multi-currency reporting are areas we’ve run before, in operating roles, not just advised on.
